+ How does Frönen ship?
Each shipment of Frönen is sent in sustainable, insulated containers via 2-day air. Each box is filled with dry ice to ensure everything stays frozen from our freezers to yours.
CAUTION! Dry ice is used to ensure Frönen stays frozen, but the dry ice can reach temperatures of nearly -110°F! Please be careful when handling dry ice and do not touch it directly. Dry ice will naturally dissipate in well ventilated areas.
+ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on your state. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Refer to the chart below for pricing.
+ When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped using 2-day air service. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number.
In cases of shipping delays, deliveries may be made on Saturdays, but you will be notified beforehand.
If an order is placed after 12:00pm CT on Wednesday, the delivery will be made the following Monday.
+ Can I cancel or modify my order?
If changes need to be made to your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and packed the following morning. All modifications must be sent to us before 6:00am CT of the following morning after your order is placed.
+ What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
If there was a problem with your shipment and Frönen didn't arrive perfectly frozen, contact us at email@example.com and we will reship your order for free.
+ Can I order more than 4 pints?
If you are interested in ordering more than 4 pints at a time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Are the shipping boxes recyclable?
Our cardboard boxes and linings we use are recyclable. The insulation itself is biodegradable and made 100% from plants!
